What are Transactional Emails?
Transactional emails are triggered emails that a user is expecting to receive. They often have higher open rates and click-through rates because the user wants to receive that email.
One of the most common uses-cases for transactional emails are password resets. If a user forgets their password they can click a button to have a new one emailed to them.
